Dai Wedding Blanket Cushions

These long cushions are made from the central panels of a Dai minority wedding blanket. The weave is in a thick cotton and is coloured with natural dyes. These wedding blankets are getting very rare to find in good condition now and the prices are steadily increasing.
The cushions are ideal for dressing beds or sitting on a special bench or low backed sofa. They are backed with a vintage hemp in an unusual diamond pattern, have zip fasteners and feather pads.
