Long Blue And White Floral Cushion With Tassels

This pretty blue and white cushion is made from a vintage handloomed textile from East China. The textile was woven on a narrow loom around 18" wide to be used as a quilt. Several widths would be sewn together to make the quilt and it would be stuffed with cotton. Luckily this textile is from a roll that was unused. The colours are two tones of very pretty indigo that are block printed onto the white cotton. I've backed the cushion with another vintage handloomed textile in a blue stripe and added tassels. There is a zip fastener and feather pad.
