Ewe kente cloth cushions

These two cushions are made from a wonderful thick mid century Ewe kente cloth. The cloth is dense with weft blocks with interesting colour combinations and the alternating plain green blocks have floating supplementary red stitches. Due to its age the colours are quite muted and have a very appealing look. I've backed the cushions with a berry coloured hand woven African textile and there are zip fasteners and feather pads.
