Faded Timor ikat cushions with tassels

These cushions have a beautiful faded patina and are made from a Timor ikat from the first half C20. The ikat is woven from hand spun cotton which has a wonderful slubby  and knotty texture, and is hand loomed. The colours are natural dyes and these have faded to a beautiful pale blue and coral. I've backed the cushions with hand dyed vintage hemp in a complimentary coral colour. There are indigo dyed handmade tassels,  zip fasteners and feather pads.
