Indigo resist cushions

These cushions are made from a lovely thick handwoven cotton textile that was recycled from a quilt top. The textile comes from East China and has been decorated with an indigo resist technique with the pattern in blue rather than white which is rarer. The indigo is a rich mid blue colour with some faded patches. It has a wonderful artisan look and feel. I've used the textile for both sides of the cushions and added blue piping in an indigo cotton. I think they are fabulous.
There are zip fasteners and feather pads.
