These two large bolster cushions are made from a vintage ikat from the Indonesian Island of Savu. It's a super quality weave in thick homespun cotton and coloured by natural dyes in black, dark blue, red and beige. I've used the fringe ends of the ikat as a decorative feature for the ends of the cushions. The ikat fabric is used for the front and back of the cushions, there are zip fasteners and feather pads.
These large bolster cushions are perfect for dressing beds or modern sofas with lower backs.
