These pretty cushions are made from the centre panels of a vintage Maonan wedding blanket. The panels are handwoven in an off white cotton ground, with colourful silks in a floating supplementary weft. The silks are used to portray auspicious symbols for prosperity, fertility and longevity. I've backed the cushions with a coral coloured vintage hemp and added coral coloured tassels. There are zip fasteners and feather pads.
