Pale indigo Banjara cushions

This pretty pair of cushions comes from a vintage quilted Banjara bag face. The quilting is holding together several layers of re-cycled cotton fabric with a block print indigo and madder red pattern on the top. These colours have faded beautifully and the quilting has some nice decorative couched stitching in it. I have piped the edges and backed the cushions with an indigo dyed vintage linen. There are zip fasteners and feather pads.
