Rare Buyi Bolster Cushion

These beautiful Buyi wedding blankets are so rare to find in good condition. This cushion is in beautiful browns and blues, vegetable dyed colours that have become muted with time. It dates to the first half of the C20 and was made by the Buyi minority group in SW China.
The cushion is backed with vintage hemp, has zip closure and feather pad.
