Red Dai cushions with Uzbek tassels

These 2 lovely cushions are made from the centre panels of a vintage Dai minority wedding blanket. The blanket is hand loomed cotton and coloured with the mineral dye senna. I've backed the cushions with a vintage Songjiang (Shanghai) handwoven cotton and added old Uzbek tassels at the corners. There are zip fasteners and feather pads.
