These 2 long cushions are made from a handwoven cotton textile from the Tai Dam ethnic minority. The Tai Dam can be found in SW China, Laos, Vietnam and Northern Thailand. This piece originated from Thailand. The textile was originally a shawl and I've used the more decorative parts for the cushion fronts and the plainer part for the cushions backs. The colours are all natural giving rise to a lovely soft palette. There are zip fasteners and feather pads.
