Timor Ikat Cushions

These lovely big cushions are made from a vintage indigo ikat from Timor, Indonesia. The ikat is a thick homespun cotton, that has faded to a smokey blue colour. The ikat is used for both sides of the cushion and the piping is in a vintage African cotton textile. There are zip fasteners and feather pads.

One of the cushions has a faint mark by the zip that has resisted the wash. This is not noticeable but I have photographed it above.
