These beautiful cushions have been made from a vintage ikat from Timor. The ikat dates to the middle of the last century and is handwoven and coloured with natural dyes. The colours are really beautiful faded pinks oranges and yellows, from a faded dark indigo ground.
I've backed the cushions with a handwoven textile that has been indigo dyed. There are 2 pairs.
