Yoruba cushion with blue stripe

These cushions are made from a vintage Yoruba aso-oke. The aso-oke is a strip-weave in cotton and wild silk. The yarns are handwoven as have a lovely slubby texture. The strips have a centra blue stripe with a thin yellow and black edge. There are also blocks of decorative lace holes in the weave. I've used the textile for both sides of the cushions and there are zip fasteners and feather pads.
