Yoruba Zig Zag Cushion

These cushions are made from a now rare vintage Yoruba aso oke with floating supplementary weft in the zig zag pattern. The weave is extremely good, with tight and strong zig zags. The aso oke is a greige coloured mix of cotton and wild silk, with the yellow stripes probably in rayon.
The cushions have piped edges and are backed in vintage hemp.. There are zip fasteners and feather pads. I have made up 4 cushions but I do have another aso oke if you need more.
