Banjara cushion with pink tassels

This very pretty cushion has been made from a vintage Banjara bag. The layers of re-cycled block print cotton are held together with dense and decorative quilting stitches. The top textile is faded red and blue and reads as slightly pink, so I have backed the cushion with rose madder dyed antique linen and added handmade pink linen tassels. There is a zip fastener and feather pad.
