Lombok cushions in light blue

These cushions are made from a handwoven cotton textile from Lombok. The weaver has used the songket technique to produce the pattern in a supplementary weft. Traditionally this would involve gold or silver threads to produce a high status textile, but here cotton has been used instead, but to good effect. The colours are all natural and the blue is a wonderful light and vibrant indigo.. I've added tassels at the corners and there are zip fasteners and feather pads.
