Timor Cushions With Tassels

These cushions are made from a handloomed thick cotton shawl from Timor, Indonesia. The colours are natural and are a deep readish brown from Morinder, a relative of the madder plant. The backs of the cushions are a handloomed cotton Endek from Bali also coloured by natural dyes. There are handmade tassels at the corners, and zip fasteners and feather pads.
