Timor ikat with tassels

This lovely thick cotton cushions is made from a handloomed ikat from Timor. The ikat is coloured with natural dyes,. The main colour being a wonderful red/brown from morinder which is a relative of madder. There are also touches of teal in the design and I've used a teal dyed vintage hemp for the back of the cushion. There are dark green tassels at the corners, zip fasteners and feather pads.
