Delivery charges will depend on the size and weight of your purchase. The charge for a single cushion will be £14 inc VAT and an additional £5 for each extra cushion. Therefore the cost of delivery for 2 cushions is £19. If you wish to purchase several cushions, please contact me first and I can get a quote for you as there may be a scale economy.
UK mainland delivery will be via The APC Overnight Network. Delivery will be on a next day service, Monday to Friday. A two hour delivery window will be sent to you on the day of delivery, and if you are not able to receive in person, a calling card will be left and an email sent to you allowing you to rebook your delivery via APC Called. Your consignment will be returned to me after 5 days if delivery has been unsuccessful.
Please let me know before placing your order if there are any special instructions regarding delivery, such as days you will be out, a safe place the courier can leave it, or a neighbour who can take it in for you.
If you change your mind after you have made your purchase, please let me know upon receipt and return the cushions to me with 5 working days for a refund. Costs such as delivery charges or Paypal charges will not be refunded.
For overseas orders please contact me for a quote. Overseas charges are based on volumetric weight, ie either by volume or weight whichever is the greater.
Overseas charges can be reduced by shipping cushions without their pad inserts. This is a good option if you are able to source pads locally.
Overseas customers are responsible for paying import duties and taxes. Overseas purchases are firm sale.
