Yoruba Cushions with Natural Tassels

These cushions are made from a 1920s Yoruba aso oke in cotton and wild silk from the anaphe moth. The textile has a wonderful slub and has a off white stripes and a thin blue weft in places that's reads as teal. I have added handmade tassels in natural and off white cotlin yarn. There are zip fasteners and feather pads.
