Yoruba Cloth Cushions

These lovely cushions are made from a vintage Yoruba textile, in the traditional strip-weave, with openwork and floating supplementary weft stiches. The cloth reads as  beige but is made up of light and darker cotton and wild silk, with a slubby texture from the wild silk. They have piped edges and backs in vintage hemp, zip fasteners and feather pads.
