Vintage folk cushions

These cushions are made from a delightful handloomed thick cotton European folk textile with a supplementary weft pattern in red. The red floating weft yarns have faded beautifully and in some places appear pink and even white but are mainly intact. The cotton ground is off white and I've backed the cushions with a minority cotton homespun with a blue stripe.
Due to the potentially fragile nature of the floating wefts I would recommend using these cushions on a secondary seating area or a bed.
They are beautiful cushions!
