Indigo Dai wedding blanket cushion

This long cushion is made from a panel from a vintage Dai minority wedding blanket. The indigo blanket is handwoven and indigo dyed and is a lovely faded blue colour. Its very hard to find vintage examples of these now in such good condition.  I've backed the cushion with a contemporary cotton textile that is indigo with light and dark stripes.
There are handmade tassels at the corners, a zip fastener and deluxe feather pad.
