Lombok cushions, lemon yellow

These cushions are made from a handwoven textile from Lombok Indonesia. The yarn is pre dyed with natural plant dyes and the colours are beautiful and muted. The stripes are in lemon yellow, green, rust, blue and brown. The weaver has used and decorative floating weft stitch known as songket weaving in some of the stripes. There are handmade rust coloured tassels also in natural dyes, and there are zip fasteners and feather pads.
